Here is my smoking vessel
Ok, I see I maybe the only one with a electric smoker, its all I got till I get time build one. I have a small pork roast in the fridge for tomorrow. Here is my smoking vessel

There is straight up nothing wrong with an electric rig.
There are a few things you can do to these to make them a little more efficient.
And so long as it cooks a good meal then your good to go.

Nice one, I'll post mine later...I love my electric smoker ( Master Built)...Got mine from my kids,and I really enjoy trying to modify it to make it cook different ways. Oh mine once plugged in reaches @ 155-170 degrees great for my Salmon. Thanks for sharing..
