Firing up the old trusty electric smoker tonight. This thing has lasted three years and many great evenings.
Tonight is beer butt chicken.

I have had that exact model for about 7 or 8 years, they are great little smokers. the only item I have had to replace is the lower panel with the smoke chamber thermostat on it. My Bradley I my go to smoker when I do not want to fire up the big competition smoker. Chicken looks really good too!!
