She's a thing of beauty mate. Nice job on the fabrication. :kewl:

Finally got the racks built. I don’t know what happened on the rack guides, but I bent them wrong, cut 32 pieces of 1.5”x1.5” angle with 45s at all corners and welded the first rack and the didn’t freaking fit!!!!!!!!!!!

Had to get some 1”x1” angle and start all over. Well here they are.

Looks good. Bugger about the rack slides not working. But looks like you have it sorted now :kewl:

Yea I just realized 1.5 x1.5 angle instead of 1.25x1.25. I made the guides correct at 1 7/16 like it called for. I was just so frustrated when they didn’t fit and didn’t even think. Damn. Oh well they fit now.

Well I let my OCD get the best of me. I had a 24x60 piece of pipe I was going to put on the other side of the smoker for a charcoal grill.
Well square and round was really messing with my head.

I don’t understand what you are asking. Explain and I will see if I can answer your question. The axle is just set in place to kind of get an idea of where it might end up. I have hangars and springs to put the axel under the frame of the trailer

I believe AJ was referring to your OCD comment, meaning you can't have square tires, although I did see them on an episode of Myth Busters. =))

Yep, was just questioning your "OCD phobia" on round things on your square/oblong shaped Mack and trailer. Just taking the piss... or joshing as you fellers like to say. :D
