Do you stuff the woodchucks with grits?
Whatever ya did... the USA made Bacon wrapped possibly grit stuffed dinner looks great!
Can ya give us a Harry Barker style review of the not made in the USA traeger?

I have some little-bity glass pans that each hold 2 cheese-stuffed grits ... but they keep falling through the grate .... :D

And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D

ok heres the traeger, broken hinge on the pellet hopper right out of the box,no thermometer in the hood(picture on the shipping box had one and so does the website)fit and finish is good, extra 2 tier rack i ordered with it is better built than the whole rig, digital thermo control seems to be spot on,produces plenty of smoke, grease tray works excellent,so far very pleased with the way it performs, its just disappointing in the light gauge steel and cheesey wheels/chumpy fasteners. :BDHorse:

well.since the pic thing aint workin right now i'll give some more info on this thing.....it cooks bacon like nobody's business...it was outstanding, flat crisp greasey and smokey, also i cooked a couple3-4 pound chuck roasts the other night and there is almost no drippings from them....im thinkin maybe the movement of air does away with it before it can run out the grease tray?....they were moist!....got a 8 or so pound pork butt on right now and there was little to nun drippings after 6 hrs
