New build first build.

Looking to do a RF square cook chamber. Do you guys think that I can use 1/8 inch stainless for the whole build? Looking for a small build probably 36inch in length, do you guys have a suggestion on height?

Welcome. As to height....you will need a space under the bypass plate for the air to flow and above the plate you will want the first rack 3"to 5" or so above that plate. It is then up to you how many racks you want and how much space you need. Check out the calculator and plug in a few sizes and see what works out for you....and to the stainless...yes it will work.

Stainless is hard to work with and at 1/8 inch a little thin. It won’t stay looking pretty very long so I’d just use carbon steel.
