Nice Gatewood!
That is gonna be very helpful! :kewl:

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

What a nice clean shop ... and great metal work .... POINTS!

Here's an alternative to the pizza oven that will take a lot less room:
Double-face tape a programmed cell phone to the side of your smoker trailer that just calls the local pizza delivery place... too easy?
Just trying to be helpful :D

And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D
Current smokers: Egor (trailered RF) and Easybake (tabletop pellet drive)

That pizza delivery deal went bad in a hurry here where I live so we decided to start making our own. But if I do tape a cell phone to the oven and program the number to Pizza H*# in it,rest assured there will be an exsplosive on the other end. If you guys make it over to Ky DC, I'll have pizza and beer waiting.

Very very nice build Gatewood! The handles are awesome! Did you use a chunk of pipe on the outside of the square stock to do that or do you have a diacro bender?

I did the bends with a rosebud and an adjustable wrench in a vice. Thanks for the comp. I fired it up today to do the seasoning and WOW! It heats up fast and shuts down fast and is very tricky to manipulate. In order to regulate the heat I had to open the inside damper and the stack on the pizza oven. After that it was smooth as silk. I've got pics of the thin blue smoke that I'll put on here tonight.

I wanted a bender until I got the quote from the rep. Thats a wish list thing for me.
