Selling a smoker?
Quick question. I am looking to sell my current centerfeed reverse flow smoker to fund a new build. My question is, what’s the best place to put it up for sale? I have it on my local craigslist, any other ideas? I didn’t see a classified section here. Thanks for any input.

Re: Selling a smoker?
Craigslist and I hear facebook has a way to sell stuff. Home built smokers can be a tough sell especially if it is an odd design. You may have to drop the price pretty low if it does not move in a few weeks. Good luck on the sale! and the future build...

Re: Selling a smoker?
As towtruck said it might be a difficult sell for a home built smoker... unless of course it is a stunner, but then you'd not want to sell it anyway.
... and if it does not sell... add it to your collection.

Thanks for the input. Here’s my build thread.

My buddy that I built it with came up with a really sweet design for a slightly smaller unit. I’d like to switch over to that one. Though this one works pretty nice as well.

Used is pretty hard to sell....everyone thinks they can do it better and nobody wants to pay for your time.

Can you send me some pictures? I might know a guy who might be interested. He is currently buying property in Athens and would love to have a smoker.
