its the lack of rust in most cases,,,, we dont deal with rust unless it comes from the midwest or eastern states..so it makes the value a bunch better....

I gotta tell ya Harry, you keep immaculate grill grates on that smoker. :kewl:

I kinda have that well seasoned goo look on my rig, nothing chunky just not even close to shiny. hmmm ... I guess when the chicken starts tasting like ribs I better do a deep clean. :D


If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
