Legacy OK Joe and baffle plates...grates

Post by prew69 » September 28th, 2017, 11:06 am

I have the old "thick" OK Joe smoker 20" offset bought at Sams club in 2000. I am looking at the baffles but unsure if they only fit the newer thinner OK Joes and the like. Anyone used them on the legacy Joes.... As well looking for replacement grates that dont cost a fortune. My old ones are two 19" x 18" ceramic coated and cannot seem to find them anymore. Any ideas.

Also what is the diff between black Fireblack and Grey lavalock. I like the idea of black since my smoker is black.

Thanks again..

Getting my smoker ready for the fall smoking season :)

Welcome to the crew.

Whether you think that you can, or that you can't, you are usually right. Henry Ford
