Gasto trays

Smoker Clones are your own version of a commercially available Smoker. Examples are Stumps, Jambo, Backwoods, or any other you want to try to copy.

Has anyone made their smoker chamber specifically to fit 2/1 size gastro trays?

I don't know what the Gastro tray is. can you post some data?

I guess you call them hotel pans in the US. I've know the dp is made for them but has anyone made their own design.

Yep....it’s called a double pan. Call Frank for the plans and save yourself a ton to aggravation designing your own. He did all to work and calculating for you so the $79 U.S. is pretty cheap.
