Finally

Smoker Clones are your own version of a commercially available Smoker. Examples are Stumps, Jambo, Backwoods, or any other you want to try to copy.

Finally

Post by Haji » April 7th, 2015, 10:47 am

After of a year of bullshitting I ordered plans in Sept 2014. We began building a Stumps clone on Oct 22 2014. Today is April 7 2015. Left to go is top door, seals, rack and shelves. I'm a week away from being done. Thanks for all the help along the way Frank

Thx Rod. The firebox is a little small but I'm happy with the outcome. Can't wait to season it and finally cook something.
this is going to be the anchor of my up and coming food truck business.

Nice looking box....are you painting it as well. Mine has an outter metal skin temp almost everywhere except the firebox that is ambient air temp. It is also an incredibly consistent cooker....like an electric oven

Make no mistake, there ain't no powder in this Puff ! And... I'm not really a crazy person but I play one in real life

Yes I plan to paint it. The next on I build will have a roll in metal stand . I have the firebox and everything around it insulated too. I got lucky McMaster Carr is about 30 mins from my house, so when I went to pick up my order they had some scrap that I got for nothing.
