Tripe is best when egg, flowered, and deep fried. My pa loved it and when he passed the 4 of us boys wanted some for old time sake. We went into the little neighborhood store and asked for it. The young girl asked how much we wanted and we hashed it around and said 8 pounds..........thought she would faint. She couldn't imagine someone eating that much. Yummy.

Greensmoker that reminds me of the first time I ever walked into Sam's Club.
Saw a floor-to-ceiling display of 5 gallon buckets of soy sauce....
Thought to myself; "Self! - that there is a 1000 year supply of soy sauce!"
I still haven't gotten over seeing that much soy sauce in one place - and I use it frequently in "Q" sauces and such !
I laugh at myself a lot... :))

One was jalapeño and cheddar, the other was spinach, onion, jalapeño and mozzarella. I couldn't pick a favorite but a few friends like version two the best

Definitely version 1...
Version 2 I would have to try cause I thought the only 2 things you could do with spinach was either make dip - or throw it away :)

Spinach helps you catch Olive Oil! :D

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
