Interesting build! It looks great too. I haven’t seen an intake like that on an offset RF but many on UDS. Mine included. They work fine on them. I bet with the fire burning and the damper on the intake it works great. As for the water pan I stopped using that a while back because it just didn’t seem to do any good. It did do some bad, like causing rust on things that didn’t get greasy from cooking and temperature issues. The way you overcame the filling process looks solid. Does the fill entrance level with the top of the water container? That was my only thought, possible spills inside but that would keep that from happening. So good idea if you want water in the CC.
