Surf, turf, and sky?

Post by towtruck » March 14th, 2020, 3:31 pm

I'm working out of town and trying to make up some meat for the wife to eat while I am gone. It's a cold rainy and hailing day so I pulled the cook trailer into the carport and got to work. I had three items to get done....giganticohumungus shrimp marinated in olive oil and spices, teriyaki marinaded chicken breast fingers, and a Santa Maria marinaded tri-tip. One chimney of charcoal did it all and I started with the beef then did the shrimp and then the chicken with the tri tip coming off last. Everything came out perfect....now the wife can make meals all week from them....
