Pepper jack cheese stuffed meatballs with Thai sweet chili sauce and a rack of back ribs with a commercial rub cooked hot and fast on the bottom rack of the ugly drum.

From the juicey lucy(cheese stuffed hamburger) hamburger.
I was trying to think of an appetizer to make,so I was going through some recipes and came across the juicey lucy burger and thought that would be a cool bite size appetizer.
And so it was born....
BTW- for more flavor I mixed 1lb ground beef with 1lb sausage.
