For the broccoli crowns I put them in a foil pan, sliced up a stick of butter and 3 large cloves of garlic and added a 1/4 cup of water.Covered with foil and put on bottom rack of the ugly drum for an hour at 300°.
Turned out pretty good.
Also made some Armadillo eggs and a few popppers.
Dee-lish!
