I am gonna try some cobbler on the reverse flow this weekend, I am gonna have it fired up anyway. I found an easy recipe that you can substitute any fruit with and only takes about an hour. I have wanted to do this for a while. Whenever I mention it people always look at me like I'm stupid....well yes I am, but hey didn't our grandma's cook on wood stoves! Seriously has anyone done deserts on the smoker? I see on the WWW people are doing it. I will share my recipe and tell how it turned out after I do it....or you may not hear from me again....
