Sure,not a problem.
You can see by the pictures how to assemble them.
ABT ingredients-
1 lb of bacon, sliced in half.(gives you 24 pieces)
12 Jalapenos sliced in half(gives you 24 pieces!)
1-8oz package of cream cheese

Directions-
I slice the peppers in half lengthwise and de-seed. I use a teaspoon to put a small amount of cream cheese into the pepper. Some people choose to mix something else into the cream cheese, such as cooked and crumbled sausage or their favorite rub or...(insert your favorite ingredient).Me, I keep it simple and just use cream cheese.Just those 3 ingredients (peppers, cream cheese and bacon) make a mighty fine taste combo.
Then I cut a pound of bacon in half and wrap a half piece of bacon around each pepper.
Viola! Simple as that.

Onion Bombs
Ingredients-
1lb ground beef
2 onions
1lb bacon

Directions-
(as a rule of thumb,1 lb of ground beef will make 4-5 bombs)
I mix 1lb of ground beef with 1lb of sausage.(I don't spice my meat up like some guys do.Again, the flavors of the meat, onion and bacon is sufficient for me.
Cut top and bottom of onion, then, slice onion in half, from top to bottom.(see pic of how onion should look.)
Separate onion petals.
Grab 2 pieces of onion(you want to use the 2 same halves),and fill one onion petals with meat mixture and cover with other half of onion.
I use 2 slices of bacon per Bomb. You will need some toothpicks to hold bacon on.
Throw on the grill till done.
Some guys slather on some BBQ sauce about 15 minutes from being done, but I prefer not to.
I squirt sauce on mine when it gets to my plate.
If you make them, let us know.Dont forget to take pictures though,or "you know who" will let you know about it, LOL.ImageImageImage

Thank you SafetyHarborRedneck.
It’s been raining here for days but as soon as I can fire up my smoker these are the first priority on my ToDo list.
