Very good looking chow, I went to Texas Roadhouse and got a ribeye. I have to say it is ok to let someone else cook sometimes

I just grilled some skinless chicken thighs and Korean BBQ ribs.

Too hot this weekend I. The 100's here in California


Looks at a piece of meat and wonders how many ways can I smoke that.
