Missouri Health codes for Food safety

Post by Frank_Cox » January 4th, 2012, 8:51 pm

I spoke with some members of our local health department the other day and was questioning the water tank capacities for a mobil food establishment. here are a couple links to the website and the Missouri Food code documentation. Although this is for Missouri, I would bet that other states are very close to these standards. Always check the local codes before using this one if you are going to be using this information for a business concession type trailer or smoker trailer.

This is the main website link= http://health.mo.gov/index.php
This is the documentation link= http://health.mo.gov/safety/foodsafety/index.php
this is the link for mobile holding tanks= http://health.mo.gov/safety/foodsafety/ ... c464311923
