BBQ concession trailer plans

Where would you look for plans or I guess floor plans to set up a bbq concession trailer

I dont think we have any plans in place right at this moment but I know Frank.

And I know that if someone ask him about it he will work tirelessly until he gets something in place,

But if I ever build another, and I will someday. When I am rich, HEHEHE

But I plan to look at alot of trailers before I start any work.

I know for me, a sink is a must, at least to basin, the bigger the better, Now I have a double shop sink.
Onboard water is a must for me. I carry 65 gal fresh and have a 12 volt on demand pump. No power, no problem, I have a deep cycle battery , last more then a weekend.

Stainless tables is a must for me, but many have regular counter tops, but I love stainless.

A big frig is going to be a must for me next time. The college dorm frig just isnt enough now. Prob a deep freeze that I can turn up to 35 degrees.

And most of all, BEDS !!!!

Remember - this is supposed to be a FUN hobby so don't forget a generator, Air Conditioning, pay-per-view and a 55 inch flatscreen (for tailgating) ... just sayin

If you plan on using it for catering or vending, you may want to start by reaching out to your local health department for their requirements. I know in Omaha they have some specifics. If you are just using it for comps then your imagination is your only limitation. What kind of smoker are you going to put on it? Do you have a weight limitation based on the vehicle you plan to tow it with? Those are starter questions. Are you just looking for floor plans or trying to figure what amenities you want?

mainly floor plans I plan to use my 30x8 klose for the actual cooking and the trailer to serve from The city codes here are against the serving from the pit like I usually do so I have to have a trailer just thought someone had something already figured out was going to use a water heater and 4 sinks with some kind of smoker onboard at least for warming what was already cooked

I would start with what alleyrat said. Gotta know what the health DEPT wants first. then decide if you need to sleep in it etc. then consider your cooking process, then start the layout.
