Yes that's what she said when i got a 6 cyl chipper for smoking . Ive been running hickory through it then drying it to smoke with . I put a shovel in the bottom of my upright light one corner and then add sharp cheader and goda for 4 or 5 hr then wrap for 30 or so days to mellow . Now she likes my old monster .

That sounds like something I would do. I mean buy a big machine to help me smoke a small amount of anything. Lol

Well it,s 68 out side and my reverse flow is running 72 ,drip pan full cold water and smoker with 8 lb of cheddar 3 pounds pepper jack . ash bucket half full of hickory chips dumped in fb with a couple small lit charcoal to get them going .

I like smoked cheese. I'm told you have to let it sit for a week or two after smoking or it tastes like an ash tray. Good luck
