FREEZER SMOKER

So I finally finished building my new smoker!!! It ended up being a little bigger than I planned and actually ended up being two smokers. My main reason for building a smoker was for making hot venison hot dogs. A batch of hot dogs is usually around 25 lbs and that means three runs through a normal store bought smoker.

So far I did a party at my house for about 50 people. Two briskets that kicked ars, a bunch of chicken leg quarters and chicken breast that turned out great. And some pork loin that got away from me and got over done but still tasted ok. (beer got in the way)

I bought an A-MAZE-N pellet smoker and did some cheese that turned out great.

Last weekend I cooked for 140 people, 8 briskets, 10 racks of ribs. Both turned out very well.

That is a cool build. Looks like it will do plenty o meat.

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
