Hi Rick,
How even are the temps from left to right on this cooker? Are you still using the 055 pellet feed, or did you go with a different one? I am looking at building a cooker similar to this, and would appreciate any feedback. Thanks!

I had to "tune" the openings in the drip plate that you see to get it to even out. I ended up with about "tilt" of about 5 to 10 degrees across the grate with the fire end a little warmer. The 055 is still on it today and worked great 2 weeks ago when I was visiting Bill. We did everything from 225 to 400 (pizza) while I was there. It's surprisingly stingy with the fuel too.
