Beef back rib recipe

Anyone out there have a good beef back rib recipe???? My first time trying them, look huge and meaty!!

I just used salt, pepper, onion & garlic, then a bit of beef stock in with them when wrapped. :kewl:

I used a good steak seasoning basted them with beef stock and Worcester sauce. Wrapping them in the same mixture. I thought it came out tasting like pot roast? Did I do it correct lol.

Thanks guys, tried Squiggles method last weekend, came out like brisket on a stick, had many compliments , Thanks again...
