Last year I thought I would retire at 68 and just potter around the shed building stuff I wanted to build. Like a Mack and possibly a mini GF or two. However, fate, the government and other circumstances sought to conspire to thwart me. I could not get an aged pension as I had been mindful enough to have paid off my mortagage and thus owned my own house, had squirreled away a few bob to keep me in my dotage. The government thought otherwise and said I had enough to live off and could not get a pension. So long story short my hobby is now a small business to put food on the table and pay the bills etc. So for now the Mack is on hold along with the mini GFs as I do cash stuff to get myself started.
With that in mind I've built a UDS for a client. He wanted a hinged lid and I could not get my hands on a second hand Webber lid to experiment with so I made a flat lid with hinge. It also has a dolly with wheels to make it somewhat mobile.
So, enough waffling here are the pics. Unfortunatley no Q-view as I only oiled it up and seasoned it... then off to the client.
