Yes it was and yes it is cause I knew how good it was from past experiences of my buddy making this, that we made a double batch. I still have 5 half gallon bags frozen an ready to be released.

My nephew and me were doing some experimenting on brisket, mojo pulled pork, and traditional pulled pork tacos. He made some great pico with avocados in it.
