Can the extra high temp black paint be colored without destroying the temperature rating?

I don't think you can change the color of black paint. I know that they make a silver high temp paint because I've used it but it didn't weather very well. I ended up painting it black after about a year.

Paint bases are white. Only a little colorant is necessary for some pretty good shades. Start with black, and you need a lot of colorant to get to your desired shade.

Light, you start with black, and bring up the faders slowly.

I was trying to be comical here. Wasn’t born yesterday and attempted to make y’all laugh.
And to see if anyone ever looks at the paint section.

And to take it a step farther, Black usually comes “as is” instead of being colored from the white base.
